Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, Consumer Demand, the Marketing Manager: Consumer Demand Generation: Health Plans and Employers will develop and implement marketing campaigns in partnership with health plans and employers to drive consumer awareness and adoption across the AbleTo product portfolio. The Marketing Manager will define targeting and segmentation strategies, develop, and execute marketing tactics, create campaign test plans and track KPIs, capacity and business performance.

  • Translate business goals into marketing objectives and strategies that facilitate business growth by leveraging insights from data and setting clear metrics for success.
  • Develop and execute consumer demand generation marketing strategies across health plan lines of business including commercial, Medicare and Medicaid for all AbleTo products.
  • In partnership with the Enterprise Growth team, present marketing strategies and tactics to clients, influence implementation and execute according to project timelines.
  • Partner with audience insights to distill insights that inspire seasonally relevant and/or themed campaigns and test plans.
  • Orchestrate multi-media marketing campaigns including digital, social, SMS, direct mail, email, etc. across business partners and external agencies.
  • Develop a project management process to coordinate, track and report on multiple elements of the campaign.
  • In partnership with Operations and Enterprise Growth, create processes to maintain updated capacity plans.
  • Develop value propositions and compelling messages for each product and audience.
  • Partner to develop marketing analytics including models for targeting, marketing mix attribution, campaign test plan methodologies and ROI tracking.
  • Track campaign performance, evaluate results, identify best performing marketing activities, refine plan and implement improvements into future marketing initiatives.
  • Route and track communications through legal and key stakeholder approval.
  • Track marketing budget to deliver against business goals.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business.
  • 4+ years of strategic marketing leadership.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns with or at a health plan or in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience partnering with clients to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Proven success creating and implementing marketing plans that have grown revenue and market share.
  • Experience creating innovative campaign solutions with A/B test plans to continuously optimize learnings.
  • Demonstrated abilities orchestrating omni-channel campaigns.
  • Experience positioning products and messaging across multiple audiences.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results on complex initiatives.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively influence across levels.
  • Strong, proven analytical skills and business acumen.
