Dynata has an exciting opportunity for a new role on our marketing team for a Marketing Manager, Americas. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Americas this role will work closely with the Americas Solutions business, providing insights for brands, agencies, advertisers, media, and publisher clients, while supporting the wider regional marketing teams.
RESPOSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating and utilizing content to address buyer’s needs at each stage of their journey by amplifying content through multi-channel digital, social, event and content marketing campaigns to build thought leadership, create demand and generate sales pipeline.
- Support the pilot and scale of account-based marketing campaigns.
- Manage the entire customer life cycle – from demand generation and lead management to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers through marketing automation and CRM marketing.
- Track and measure campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Work with Director to manage the Marketing budget for the relevant business.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Digital marketing and multichannel demand generation experience (SEO, paid social, organic social, programmatic)
- Ability to plan, manage and analyze marketing campaigns promoting Dynata’s products and services
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business and Marketing desirable
- 5+ years marketing experience
- ABM marketing experience is required; experience with setting up an ABM platform is bonus
- Strong experience/background with large size corporate, advertising, media, publisher clients
- Hands-on multi-channel marketing experience, especially in multi-channel digital, social, event and content marketing
- Excellent writing and content marketing skills
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably
- Familiar with marketing automation tools
- Highly motivated, an excellent relationship-builder and a solid project manager
- Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques is considered a plus
