Marketing Growth Manager
PAPER is looking for a data-driven marketer to own PPC efforts, report back to the business on performance and constantly refine targeting to ensure only the most relevant leads are being attracted. A key member of a growing Digital & Performance Marketing team, this role provides the right candidate the opportunity to amplify a platform that is transforming education by ensuring every student, regardless of their situation, has equitable access to learning.
Responsibilities
- Own Paper's PPC program
- Implement and monitor campaigns from partners in marketing, customer engagement and other parts of the business
- Initiate campaigns based on insights and data analysis
- Lead retargeting efforts
- Report back to the business at a regular cadence through a dashboard with recommended actions
- Ensure campaigns are generating relevant views and engaging the right audiences
- Identify most effective channels with an eye to where investment should be increased
- Evaluate campaigns based on the quality of the leads captured
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize campaigns for performance
- Become an expert on the buying cycle in education, and the various roles involved in purchasing decisions
- Develop a deep understanding of the education market and Paper’s goal of helping our customers make learning more equitable for students
Requirements
- 5 years experience building pipeline, preferably in a SaaS environment
- PPC expertise across search and social
- Comfortable with analytics, as well as creating & maintaining dashboards
- MarTech enthusiast who is always looking for new ways to engage audiences and evaluate their engagement
- Able to translate data into meaningful action
- Budget & forecasting experience
- Experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce, a plus
- SEO & keyword strategy, a plus
