We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for owning the company's marketing initiatives across all channels to help achieve both short and long-term growth and customer acquisition goals. This individual should have a successful track record of leading marketing and growth initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has deep experience executing direct to consumer campaigns across multiple channels, and an analytical eye to make sure we’re driving impactful results.

What You’ll Do

• Develop marketing strategy, programs and campaigns to advance company marketing and sales initiatives including, but not limited to: SEO, Email Marketing, Social Media and Paid Marketing initiatives
• Advance brand messaging and content strategy to align with current solution and product offering(s)
• Build out the Customer Lifecycle Stages and Customer Journey Mapping
• Create infrastructure to support marketing automation, CRM programs to help make programs scalable and repeatable
• Develop and operate reporting dashboards to provide real-time insights into campaign performance, manage leads, track activity, ensure quality, and measure marketing KPIs
• Execution of lead nurture programs to improve lead to opportunity conversion
• Evaluate current tech stack and systems, make recommendations, and implement enhancements

Who You Are:

• 3-4 years experience as a Marketing Manager?
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset, bringing new ideas and perspectives to solve problems.
• Self-motivated and execution oriented.
• Deep knowledge of the marketing campaign process from idea to production.
• Excited about creating processes and infrastructure that support the development of great work.
• Forward thinking and the ability to foster innovation and creativity.

Bonus

• Experience with marketing software tools like Wordpress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Typeform
• Previous experience executing marketing campaigns for digital health, wellness solutions, or health plans.
• Start-up experience
• Healthcare industry experience
• Consumer technology experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
