Overview of the Job
As Director of Marketing, you will partner with a cross-functional team of product, sales and operations to be the engine to drive demand for our cloud based solutions.
You will work together with senior leadership to propose and successfully execute new marketing programs that include channels such as content, advertising, social media, partnerships, PR and events. You will drive the growth of our sales funnel by generating qualified leads (end-user and integrators) to the sales team. Everything you produce can be measured back to our overarching KPIs to show results and make thoughtful pivots to be increasingly more successful.

KPIs
- Increase top-line traffic to the Arcules website and social media platforms
- Increase the conversion rate of website visitors, trade show activity to leads
- Support sales by generating qualified opportunities through marketing
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders from sales, customer success, product and operations to identify marketing opportunities.
- Develop, manage and execute multi-channel marketing programs with the goal of generating leads and brand awareness.
- Develop marketing KPIs and goals quarterly, and closely monitor progress towards these goals on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Oversee and regularly review the results of marketing channels, including PR, social media, email marketing and paid media.
- Identify and hire marketing partners for key portions of the marketing mix, following marketing budget.
- Coordinate with marketing partners for cohesive and efficient campaign roll-outs.
- Regularly communicate marketing metrics and results to senior leadership, along with insights for further improvement.
- Administer HubSpot and coordinate with our Salesforce administrator to ensure strong and fluid sales handoffs.
- Meet regularly with sales and product to identify needs, present results and recommend new marketing initiatives
- Create and present an annual marketing plan and budget for board approval
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 5+ years in digital marketing, preferably with experience marketing SaaS products
- Prior history of holding marketing leadership positions
- Proven track record of producing marketing results
- Expansive knowledge of HubSpot and marketing automation tools
- Prior hands-on experience in managing a marketing budget with internal and external resources
- Experience in demand generation strategies a plus
- Previous experience in the security industry
- Previous experience at a tech startup
