Robert Half is seeking an Marketing Developer I to join the Web Marketing team. The team is responsible for the management of, strategy for, and implementation of projects supporting the externally-facing, North American and global staffing web sites, as well as the corporate site (roberthalf.com). Collaborates with an extensive team of key contracts through the organization globally, and directs the work of the IT team and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery of business-relevant online functionality and projects. Responsible for scoping projects, communicating with both business and IT teams, and managing projects from inception through completion.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Create and submit business requests to the IT MCC team for web-related projects. Work with Web PM, BSA and PA to ensure that changes and deliverables are executed to specifications and with appropriate quality in an acceptable timeframe.
• Work with Web Product Manager (Web PM) to prioritize, respond to and refine change requests and projects from Marketing, Corp Comm, Database Marketing and Creative.
• Build new web pages; edit existing web pages using our content management system (VCM).
• Work with IT Business Systems Analysts (BSA) and Portal Administrators (PA) to respond to and refine requests.
• Resolve requirement questions.
• Coordinate business reviews of near-final products for final approval.
• Attend weekly release meetings and any emergency management meetings as the representative of the Marketing & Corp Comm business owners if Web PM is not available.
• Collaborate with Web PM to refine site design and features.
• Work with Web PM to respond to user feedback and generates product improvement plans.
• Assist in the development and coordination of global web marketing activities.
• Work with Web PM to refine and execute global web initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of the external site roadmap and long-term planning for the sites.
• Research and report on new online technologies and applications that could be used to improve site services and/or infrastructure.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ in product management, project management, or applications development for online services required.
• Implementation experience with social media best practices preferred.
• Experience in eMarketing functions preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office, especially PowerPoint required.
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML.
• Demonstrated experience with content management systems like Drupal Content Management System, change management systems, and a demonstrated ability to learn new applications quickly.
