Marketing Coordinator (Temporary)

Job Description Overview:

TOCA is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the implementation of our brand refresh. This position will be project-based, with an expected timeline of 3-4 months. The Marketing Coordinator reports to the Manager of Marketing Operations but works with all members of the marketing team and cross-functional teams as needed. This role will work on the creation of marketing assets, center & corporate branding, and the branding of our customer experience. Our ideal candidate has experience with marketing asset creation/management, and project management, and is a flexible, team-player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help implement TOCA’s brand refresh by gathering requirements, writing creative briefs for our designer, seeking approvals, and sending collateral items to print
• Work with Corporate Marketing Team, AGMs, Graphic Designers, and Vendors to deliver ongoing centers marketing requests such as seasonal marketing toolkits, FKO cards, giveaway items, and other needs
• Organize and maintain the platforms we will use to drive center-level implementation:
  • Internal google site for all digital assets
  • Action card app for all in-center assets
• Ad-hoc projects relating to the brand refresh

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Solid organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
• Enjoys taking on new challenges and learning quickly on their feet
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quick deadlines
• A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for soccer, sports, and athletes is contagious
• Positive attitude, relationship builder, and a team player
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Willingness and ability to pivot as business needs change
• Proficient in Google Suite, Clickup (or other project management tools), HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Sites, and Action Card app

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications preferred, or related working experience
• 3+ years’ experience working with marketing content/asset creation & management

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand or sit for extended period of time
• Must be able to perform computer work for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
