As a Marketing Coordinator at Senior Lifestyle Corporation, you will work directly for/with our Corporate Director of Marketing. Essential Functions: Essential Functions:
- Review insertion orders with communities prior to sending out to print media. This involves consulting with community about cost saving opportunities related to advertising
- Sort Internet leads by emailing inquirer for clarification, if needed
- Work closely with community on lead finds, lead tracking, sort personnel, and vendor leads appropriately
- Review and approve ad, direct mail, and flyer requests from communities
- Check for graphic standard compliance
- Revise and redesign flyer content if needed
- Give direction on messaging
- Provide direction to communities on Call to Action–ROI
- Review and code invoice from our vendor
- Assist with overseeing the Heart of Caring Recognition program by updating announcement as needed, sending communications to the communities, organizing the vote, announcing winners, organizing rewards, coordinating travel to Chicago for annual meeting and recognition
- Assist in overseeing company Holiday Card contest by updating announcement, sending updates to the communities, collecting winning votes from communities, organizing the vote, announcing the winner to the company, then coordinating the printing of cards and placing orders
- Oversee our Dining for Wellness program by proofing materials, coordinating layout and printing details with graphic designers as well as distribution to communities
- Coordinate Operations Manual printing and distribution
- Coordinate graphic standards for all company vehicles
- Monitor on hold message for communities – Muzak (season updates, new communities, and as needed)
- Answer 1-800 inquiry calls, gather information and distribute to communities
- Coordinate updates and/or changes for Welcome Packets to our communities
- Coordinate business cards and stationary for all acquisitions
- Assist with collateral for all new acquisitions such as photos, content, etc.
- Coordinate quarterly surveys by sending survey and collecting from contributing communities
- Coordinate recognition categories and comments for our annual meeting
- Provide assistance to team members from various departments on an as needed basis to complete projects and fully utilize computer applications to enhance productivity
- Work with corporate specialists to design and create presentation material that may be used for training sessions, and other key business opportunities
- Develop and maintain file systems; develops and maintains key tracking reports and systems for sales & marketing training, internet leads and trends
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers
- Two plus years marketing experience
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Advanced capabilities for proof reading and creativity
- Advanced communication skills; verbal, email, and written
- Project management skills
