The Marketing Coordinator is a team member with marketing experience who helps ensure alignment between the firm’s marketing objectives and the technologies that power them. This role is ideally suited for someone who is comfortable and skilled in marketing technology and campaign management. The Marketing Coordinator must understand how systems integrate data across platforms and how to use the digital channels to improve business performance. An energetic high performer, the Marketing Coordinator must work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, business development, communications, IT, products/innovation, knowledge management, attorneys and assistants.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with processes and software tools to capture, store, access, leverage and communicate information about the firm, its services, lawyers, capabilities and clients.
  • Serve as power-user for all marketing technology tools in the JL stack, including but not limited to InterAction, Drupal, Vuture and CEROS.
  • Support the Marketing Technology Manager to strategically and flawlessly execute digital marketing initiatives.
  • CRM & List Management:
  • Assist in CRM training via email, tip sheets, phone or screen share.
  • Follow firm protocols to ensure compliance with data privacy laws and JL security requirements.
  • Review and resolve new contact records, association, duplicates, Data Change Management (DCM) tickets and user requests to ensure high levels of data quality.
  • Maintain key client data to facilitate targeting, searching and reporting on contacts based on key attorney relationships, industry, organization type, etc.
  • Assist in administering accounts across the JL stack.
  • Website & Digital Marketing:
  • Use vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, CRM and SEO programs to create marketing analytics reports.
  • Work with the JL stack to create, update and distribute marketing campaigns via the website, email and other communication channels as needed.
  • Collaborate with the design team to maintain image and media assets in the email marketing and website systems.
  • Work collaboratively and support the Marketing Technology Manager and other team members on content, design, integrations and new related tools.

Skills and Educational Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of marketing technology experience in a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing or Business degree preferred).
  • Strong customer-service mind-set, responsiveness and can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong writing, communication, editorial and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Flexibility, willingness and ability to work with a wide variety of people and projects in a collective and collaborative manner.
  • Experience with InterAction, Vuture, Drupal, CEROS, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerBI a plus.

Pay: $50,494.00 - $69,211.00 per year
