Job Description

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for assisting the management of marketing operations under the supervision of the Marketing Manager. The incumbent will help to prepare proposals, research marketing needs and help with the implementation of events and local restaurant marketing (LRM).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative duties.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of all of our social media platforms.
  • Help with the planning and execution of different events and LRM.
  • Research, evaluate and provide reports/feedback to the Marketing Manager of current trends.
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, social media content, etc.
  • Analyze available data for critical insights, website performance, SEO, SEM, display ads, social media, print promotions and outbound email campaigns.
  • Help develop and create a digital marketing footprint and plan for the company to execute in an effort to expand sales.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations (PR) Assistant – Incumbent will assist with marketing efforts to promote all divisions of the Big Boy brand.
  • Reports social media findings to the Marketing Team.
