SUMMARY:
This position works closely with the Director of Ecommerce and the Marketing team on day-to-day marketing operations. A modern marketer & self-starter with a strong work ethic, exceptional video and graphic production skills, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve and work independently. MUST be well versed in the creation of video, print, and digital content.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree, in marketing or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing or a related field
- Must be versed in the creation of video
- Strong knowledge of social media strategy
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with Google Analytics, Instagram, Eloqua, are a bonus
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, creative writing, video production, graphic design
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Attention to detail a must
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Critical thinker with problem-solving proficiencies
- Solid organizational skills and detail oriented
- Action-oriented and self-starter with initiative who looks for new solutions
- Experience in creating and maintaining digital content
- Creative mind with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce digital media, video, and web content for marketing campaigns
- Create as needed various ad hoc projects: presentations, generation of graphics, videos, website updates, sales collateral, reference manuals, and duties as assigned
- Development of promotional materials including marketing collateral and print copies. Copy for marketing materials, brochures, web content, advertisements, and other related material
- Create and curate relevant original content for social media, blogs, and other outlets to increase engagement, and expand audience: produce content (articles, blog posts, graphics, video)
- Create and develop social media strategy, execution, and analytics
- Create tools and strategies for promoting digital marketing platforms internally and externally
- Strong focus on data-driven campaigns and targeted marketing based off product or customer type
- Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues
OTHER DUTIES:
- Other duties as needed and assigned by Manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to use keyboard, mouse, and PC
- Ability to walk, sit, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
