The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of all marketing initiatives, strategies and processes to support our communities, regional teams and home office leadership team. This will require collaboration, cross-training and working closely as a team for project and task completion.

Marketing Systems and Programs
- Manage pre-open marketing needs and timelines as identified on the pre-open checklist
- Manage and update the website with fresh content, pictures and videos including community specific information
- Act as a liaison between community and management for all marketing needs
- Manage quarterly media schedules and creative workflow
- Manage creative workflow for all marketing needs, i.e., e-blasts, flyers, ads, direct mail, banners, signage, etc.
- Work with HO and communities on marketing budget line items
- Assists in creating a Sales & Marketing Policy and Procedure Plan – then once created is the process owner for all future updates
- Continually seek new marketing processes to help streamline workflow and create more user-friendly systems
- Continually looks for additional marketing initiatives needed to maximize our customers experience or our ability to move them through the sales process easier
Database Management
- Assist in creating the CRM training program and update training curriculum as needed
- Train new users (sales & ED’s) on the CRM system
- Ensures effective and on-going training of CRM to all appropriate users
- Monitors and maintains field use of the CRM system
- Generates reports, as needed, from the CRM to help manage sales activity
Reporting
- Run and distribute key reports to internal/external constituents
- Compile data from vendors into comprehensive report for leadership teams
- Conduct monthly meetings with vendors to manage ROI’s and effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Compile and analyze community specific and company ROI reports for leadership team and provide recommendations
Communication & Relationship Management
- Produce and manage consistent messaging standards across all marketing and communication to include but not limited to collateral, brochures, ads & website
- Provides high-level content writing, proofreading and editing prior to implementation
- Develop and maintain strong and productive relationships with internal and external partners to include vendors and partners, plus referral and lead generation service companies and professionals
- Works closely with community executives and home office associates
- Presents data, marketing initiatives and new processes through written and/or oral presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in business (communications, marketing or related field)
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a marketing coordinator or specialist position
- Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care experience a plus
- Experience working with lead management systems
- Experience managing marketing programs
- Must be fully vaccinated aginst COVID
