Job Summary:
Assists marketing managers with the coordination, management and execution of marketing plans, programs and campaigns. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a secondary contact for our various clients. The position will improve the service levels provided to our field sales and marketing associates.

• Contributor in the development of yearly marketing plans
• Executes marketing programs and campaigns
• Assists with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, content and newsletters
• Monitors and maintains inventory of marketing materials
• Assists with maintaining applicable Stewart websites
• Assists in the development of tradeshow campaigns in coordination with the tradeshow manager
• Assists with the distribution of leads to appropriate Stewart office after a tradeshow or event
• Assists with planning and executing client visits and meetings
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

• Manage content, monitoring and postings on multiple social media sites including Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn etc.
• Experience working with web site development team to ensure social media tools are present and kept up to date
• Management of presence in social networking sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in coordinating and managing marketing-related projects which includes experience in tactical execution of marketing programs.
