Job Description

Summary:

Work directly with the route operational leaders across all route venues to coordinate effective Marketing operations. Assist with all branding and collateral.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution of all route marketing and promotions
  • Responsible for execution of all social media related promotions
  • Oversee delivery and execution of all route collateral to ensure consistency
  • Constantly yielding and filtering feedback from route managers and guests regarding current promotions
  • Assist with the execution of True Rewards and player development
  • Direct point of contact for route managers
  • Assist in creating and execution of all special events
  • Assist with corporate partnership efforts in order to yield value to Golden Gaming Inc. and the player’s club
  • Open virtual ticket job requests for marketing programs and activities, monitor their processing, and report on their status to ensure timely completion
  • Work with route managers and regionals to ensure all signage, digital messaging, and other marketing items are distributed and placed in and removed from their appropriate locations on a timely basis
  • Assist with the gathering of guest photos and signed releases for promotion winners, jackpot winners, etc.
  • Perform general administrative office duties, including but not limited to: scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes, and creating forms and other documents
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous marketing experience
  • Must have the ability to work independently, be detail-oriented and able to meet demanding deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
  • Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and problem solving
  • Passion to learn and accept change on a continual basis
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States
