Position Summary:

As a Marketing Coordinator you will be responsible for the proposal and interview preparation process from start to finish. Which includes but is not limited to:

• Analyze RFP/RFQ and interview requirements
• Establish proposal and interview development and delivery schedule
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with other members of marketing team, business development staff, technical staff, and consultants to plan, prepare, write , produce, and submit all proposal and interview materials.
• Set-up team planning and review meetings
• Use a designated InDesign or PPT template
• Arrange proofing and editing
• Arrange production and delivery
• Maintain assets, including narrative content, project data, graphics, video, and photographs in Deltek Vision/CRM database and content management systems.

The successful candidate will:

• Support the team of client leaders, business development leaders, and designers to win new work through stellar proposal development, interview preparation, and other creative client engagement tactics
• Work in a team atmosphere to develop proposal strategy and facilitate the proposal process amongst all team members. Responsibilities include writing copy, graphic communication, coordinating and distributing drafts, and ensuring delivery of the final product.
• Maintain project descriptions and data, staff resumes and other information in a Deltek Vision/CRM database and graphic gallery.
• Coordinate the production, maintenance and access of marketing and project photos and images.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant marketing, writing, and/or journalism experience.
• Critical thinking with engagement skills coupled with detailed execution of concepts in a deadline driven arena.
• Highly detail-oriented and developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple concurrent deadlines.
• Able to work with a wide spectrum of personalities
• Continually strives to improve and expand knowledge/skills
• Demonstrated, strong, experienced writer
• Self-starter who can calmly manage multiple projects and produce high quality materials under tight deadlines
• Digital Aptitude – comfortably create and publish marketing material entirely in digital format
• Graphic design – aptitude for creating graphics representative of a design firm
• Exceptional with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), WordPress, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Deltek database software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism or related field.
• Marketing experience in the A/E/C or other professional services industries.
• Familiarity with emerging marketing technologies including video production/editing, UX/UI, motion graphics, and/or animation.
