Marketing Communications Manager - Supply Chain Business Marketing

Summary:

In this role, you will develop marketing materials to support our supply chain business marketing efforts. You will develop and execute tactical plans to bring to life marketing strategies and measure campaign success. You will collaborate with key stakeholders on digital marketing efforts to develop, manage and implement promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing tactics for internal clients.
• Collaborate with marketing peers to develop compelling marketing materials across all channels for complex solutions.
• Manage tactical execution of complex campaigns targeting multiple personas and member segments.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, recommending campaign adjustments as needed to maximize results.
• Serve as internal representative for designated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Marketing, Business Administration or Communications preferred.
• 2 or more years’ experience required.
• Related experience in a marketing role required.
• B2B health care experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• High sense of responsibility and urgency to execute strategic initiatives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use diplomacy and flexibility to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders required.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
• The ability to function effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
