The Flexe Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee the end to end campaign development and measurement. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and will work cross-functionally to develop, implement and track campaign strategies in order to meet our marketing objectives. The Flexe Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee the end to end campaign development and measurement. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and will work cross-functionally to develop, implement and track campaign strategies in order to meet our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and will bring a creative approach to account based marketing. Responsibilities
- Develop an integrated campaign approach across the marketing and sales funnel
- Build campaign calendars, plans and processes in conjunction with stakeholders
- Drive awareness and engagement through account based marketing strategies leveraging online and offline channels
- Manage demand generation programs such as events, webinars, email marketing, sponsorships, content syndication and lead nurture
- Work cross-functionally to generate goals/KPIs and measure campaign success
- Create target lists based on campaign goals and audience parameters
- Recognize opportunities to develop strategies to accelerate funnel progression and increase conversion rates
- Work with marketing operations to develop and manage marketing attribution models and reports
- Provide recommendations and insights to marketing team to increase performance across marketing initiatives
- 5+ years of experience running marketing campaigns in a B2B organization
- Extensive experience developing ABM strategies
- Proven ability to track campaign performance and ability to recommend actions based on campaign performance
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Terminus, Google Adwords and other technologies that house campaign data and inform campaign performance
- Experience understanding data from multiple sources to show campaign effectiveness
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines with stakeholders
- Relevant BA/BS degree
- Previous supply chain or logistics experience preferred
