It is our duty to chart the greatest course of action for our clients which includes preservation, growth, and execution of their financial plans. This allows us to bring peace and financial predictability to our clients, facilitating their ability to reach their fullest professional and personal goals.

This position requires a highly organized individual who possesses strong initiative and has the ability to complete multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE:

  • Manage content for all company social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
    • Keep up-to-date with clients’ activities.
    • Keep up-to-date with platforms and trends.
    • Implementing growth hacking objectives to each platform.
  • Monitor, contribute, filter, measure and otherwise guide the social media presence of the firm’s brand, product, service, and clients.
  • Efficient use of technical applications to support various social media platforms and marketing efforts.
  • Creation of meeting presentations as necessary, and any digital creative assets.
  • Manage staff swag issuances with HR and coordinator.
  • Create client meeting presentations and any necessary digital creative assets.
  • Build existing and new business ventures through branding.
  • Communicating the marketing plan internally and externally.
  • Developing each marketing campaign start to finish.
  • Maintain company brand DNA and seeking opportunities in which it can be grown/expanded.
  • Execution of ad hoc projects and other assignments as needed.
  • Manage industry trade calendar.
  • Market and exploit best creative practices for the service business.
  • Manage sponsorship and philanthropy opportunities and community involvement.
  • Build brand awareness and positioning throughout the firm.
  • Designing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities.
  • Pitch stories and ideas to media on behalf of the company.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with the media and other outlets.
  • Actively pivot the brand as needed.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration.
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience and relationships in sports and entertainment.
  • Experience with creating marketing strategies and campaigns, demonstrated online marketing and social media strategy experience with strong management skills.
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • High Energy and positivity are a must.
  • Experience in creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous job.
  • Results-oriented, strategic|critical thinker, and planner.
  • Experienced Change Management Leader.
  • Analytical forethought when self-managing and prioritizing deliverables.
  • High capacity to manage people through inspiration, accountability, education, and execution.
  • Keen ability to assess resources internally and externally, and to mobilize.
