The Marketing Brand Manager will lead all North American commercial marketing strategy and execution for Audigy. This highly influential role will be responsible for collaborating closely with key company stakeholders including sales, commercial marketing, shared service marketing, and the strategic business unit (SBU) team to drive overall growth of Audigy membership. The Marketing Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering our overall marketing strategy for the Audigy segment, directing all marketing activities including development, planning, and execution of the tactics to support market growth, and developing Audigy’s presence as the leading practice management group in audiology and otolaryngology. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: Develop an integrated commercial marketing strategy for the Audigy vertical and execute tactics across multiple channels to drive market share and growth Assess overall market and identify areas of opportunity; define and leverage market segmentation to further define target customer groups; develop annual marketing plan Conduct competitive analysis and assess changing market dynamics to ensure that Audigy remains in a strong competitive position Conduct voice of customer (VOC) market research with current and prospective members to better understand member needs; leverage research to refine Audigy’s value proposition, messaging, and new value/service creation Plan and coordinate all vertical marketing activities across all channels (e.g. web, tradeshow, digital advertising, live events, virtual events, webinars, podium events, PR, media, guest articles) to drive new prospective members into the sales funnel Collaborate with commercial marketing colleagues and shared service marketing to define the Audigy brand, messaging, and overall value proposition Partner with shared service marketing (internal agency) to develop and execute marketing campaigns (e.g. email, web, PPC, SEO, paid ads) that are highly creative and engaging Stay up to date on the latest B2B and digital marketing trends and best practices; experiment with new B2B channels/digital promotional technologies to deliver cutting-edge engagement with prospective members Monitor all channel performance to optimize return on investment and reallocate budget accordingly Partner closely with the sales team to support all aspects of the sales process by developing resources, tools, and materials to accelerate membership closes Develop key performance indicators, metrics, and other analytics to assess overall attainment to targets Oversee segment database in Salesforce to ensure data integrity, build prospect contacts, and leverage database for outbound campaigns Lead and/or develop additional commercial programs, as needed, to drive overall growth of the segment CAPABILITIES:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies
- Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and remote environment
- Strong influence management skills; self-motivated and positive attitude
- Strong analytical skills; ability to manipulate and interpret data
- Proven exceptional customer focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good organization and time management skills, including working independently and unsupervised

- Prior experience working with sales teams and customers
- Experience using marketing and customer relationship management tools, preferably Salesforce and Marketo
- Ability to balance development of strategy and bringing strategy to life through execution
- Knowledge of the hearing care space, medical industry, and/or the North American market
- Prior experience of 3+ years in a B2B marketing role
