Marketing Associate - Affinity Programs

AffiniPay is hiring a junior-level marketing associate in the fast-paced Affinity Programs division of Marketing. The Affinity division within the Marketing Department supervises a unique marketing channel, focusing all outreach to members of associations. The division is responsible for managing over 200 associations; from business development through implementation, relationship management and marketing promotions. This role will help to facilitate the growth of the affinity channel by coordinating marketing activities through our internal departments as well as our clients and vendors.
Additionally, this role will support the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) division which supports the delivery of educational programs to legal professionals, nationwide. This role assists with the administrative duties within the learning management system (LMS) administration, compliance, tracking CLE hours and reporting.
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. If you love every day being high energy and fast growth working with the premiere legal, CPA and architectural associations in North America, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Affinity Programs Team to ensure a successful launch and ongoing integrated marketing strategy is in place, based on your knowledge of the client’s business goals and the agreement
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Work collaboratively with internal product, marketing, support, and sales teams
- Build customer trust and deliver high-quality customer service
- Support Affinity Team/ Events Team/ CLE Team in organizing various projects
- Input, update, and maintain all affinity marketing campaigns in the Marketing department’s project management software, Wrike
- Input, update, and maintain all affinity expenses in the company’s expense tracker as well as the department’s tracker
- Organize market research
- Bring innovative ideas and constantly experiment to drive strong results
- Assist CLE Administrator in all aspects relating to accreditation, compliance, and reporting of Continuing Education
- Computer proficiency and aptitude for spreadsheet data and reports
- Assist in all aspects of accreditation and reporting of participation of educational events
- Contribute to process, procedure, and technology improvements in order to reduce risk, maintain and promote the integrity of compliance, and improve efficiency
- 2 + years of relevant work experience in marketing in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with a customer-first approach, professionalism, and accountability
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, time management, and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Must care about people and want to work to ensure the success of affinity clients
- Self-starter who enjoys winning as a team
- Ability to prioritize to meet time-sensitive due dates consistently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with MS Office suite
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
