Beanstalk Academy is a leading, full-service, 3K - UPK, Early Head Start - Head Start, and early education provider whose purpose is to support and accommodate our families' needs by providing a safe and nurturing childcare experience. We are actively hiring teacher assistants for children ages 3 months to age 5. That includes Teacher Assistant for Infant Toddler, Pre-K and Preschool classrooms.

Beanstalk Academy is looking to hire an Internal Marketing Associate who is responsible for developing a consistent and thoughtful strategy for recognizing employee achievements, an important part of promoting the growth and success of our organization. The associate will lead all aspects of our employee recognition programs with the aim of increasing overall employee engagement and satisfaction.

Facilitate all Employee Engagement Activities / Programs-

• An employee of the Month Program
• Weekly shout outs on social media
• Office outings/Holiday Parties
• Years of service/Milestone award
• Bereavement Acknowledgement
