Job Description
Responsibilities: The Marketing Assistant will assist, develop and coordinate a wide variety of marketing programs and activities. Writes and/or edits marketing and promotional materials including: social media, brochures, flyers, and other documents. Coordinates special marketing events and health fairs.Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Two to three years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities identified preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
None.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of marketing strategies, processes, and available resources. Database management skills. Ability to use independent judgment and impart information to interested parties. Ability to plan, organize and coordinate media activities and special events. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; however, additional hours including weekends or holidays may be required due to increase in workload, assignment and completion of special projects. Must be flexible if required to work long or irregular hours.
