Position Type: Digital Advertising & Marketing Assistant (Entry Level), Full-time
Location: Refricenter International, 7101 NW 43rd St, Miami, FL 33166
Starting Wage: Wages Based on Experience

Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without unreasonable accommodation:

• Build, plan and implement an overall digital marketing strategy
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Continuously track the performance of marketing campaigns across all digital channel
• Maintain and update content on website product pages
• Website management and maintenance
• Content creation for marketing and sales
• Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, technology and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
• 1-2 years of digital marketing and/or email marketing experience;
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite of tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Working knowledge of web analytics and reporting tools
• Understanding of social media and email marketing strategy and best practices
• Exceptional writing, editing and multi-tasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently.

Preferred but not required:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proficient in HTML coding. CSS
• Experience with Oracle’s Netsuite ERP

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
