This key role is involved with efforts ranging from delivery of specific tactical analytics to creation and automation of departmental and enterprise Marketing KPI’s.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of 5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Candidates must have demonstrated experience in utilizing a multitude of data sources and programs including Microsoft Office, Power BI, (SQL), SAS, web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and campaign management software tools including but not limited to Silverpop or Eloqua; Designing data and analytics solutions that deliver meaningful customer insights; Preparing and delivering recurring reports; Leveraging results of analytics efforts; Performing customer segmentation analysis.
Candidates should hold strong analytical skills and business acumen, including the ability to effectively interpret and articulate business needs, document, and translate them into actionable insights; strong relationship building skills with the ability to get results through influence and collaboration with organizational partners; verbal and written communication skills with ability to modify message and delivery based on the audience, including the ability to share findings with a large, non-technical audience; Strong project management skills with prioritizing competing demands and managing time to deliver on commitments; Knowledge of incorporating emerging industry and technology practices when solving business problems; Team management and leadership skills including facilitation of cross functional team activities.
