Job Description
Overview: Otterbein SeniorLife Cridersville has an employment opportunity for a Marketing Administrative Assistant, who is a member of the Marketing Team. The ultimate objective is to provide administrative support to the Otterbein marketing team, while assisting Otterbein ministries in meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing all activities associated with the referral marketing sales process. This will include the ability to effectively articulate the Otterbein value proposition, develop and manage the contact and leads database, make outbound calls to drive on campus or on location appointments, conduct appointments and tours to complete the process; and represent Otterbein at various public functions.

Our Cridersville campus is a 120-acre Continuing Care Retirement Community that is home to about 200 people who live independently, in assisted living and skilled nursing. It is conveniently located off I-75 in northwest Ohio, and blends the energy of urban life with the beauty of a rural retreat. The campus has a fitness center including a warm-water therapy pool and opportunities for every resident to achieve their highest degree of independence regardless of the level of care or services required. Responsibilities:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a service based business is preferred, and/or classroom and practicum experience in healthcare or senior living organization. High level of computer knowledge, including experience with Publisher, Power Point, Excel, Word, Adobe and/or other similar software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in all activities associated with the move-in process for a new resident, including contract administration, coordinating moves, reporting and inputting data
- Assist in the management of outbound marketing (advertising, collateral, PR, events, web, etc.)
- Assist with planing and executing events and activities on campus that provide outreach, internal marketing strategies and new inquiries to our campus
- Assist to increase admissions and occupancy, in partnership with the marketing and operations departments
- Support customer communication and logistics for events, mailings and related activities
- Assist in planning and executing community events with primary focus on marketing events
- Perform the reception and administrative duties of the marketing department
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Candidate must have a mission-driven passion for serving older adults
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills: listening, verbal and written
- Experience in advertising and marketing
- Must be detail oriented, able to prioritize and utilize effective time management skills and be flexible to adjust to impromptu situations on a regular basis
