The Cardiac and Vascular Group brings all of our cardiac and vascular businesses together into one cross-functional, collaborative operating unit to employ the full breadth of our talent, technologies, products, services, and solutions to address the needs of customers and patients across the globe. The Cardiac Ablation Solutions Division provides a broad suite of electrophysiology solutions intended to disrupt and lead the market in cardiac mapping and ablation technologies for arrhythmia management. These clinical and economical solutions will enable clinicians to treat patients with safer, faster and easier, and with more predictable procedure times and outcomes.


A Day in the Life

As the Manufacturing Training Coordinator III you will support the Medtronic Mission for unsurpassed quality and reliability in our medical devices by providing manufacturing site training coordination. In this position, you will plan, coordinate and monitor training for a team of manufacturing assemblers and you may deliver on-the-job training in assembly and production areas.


You will:


  • Participate in the development and implementation of new training programs and may introduce new processes and sequences for manufacturing areas.
  • Maintain rosters of training progress and certification records and may monitor trainees.
  • Guide the training and certification of new assemblers through on-boarding, certification, and ongoing maintenance of certification status.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in a medical device manufacturing setting
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment
