MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00 am-4:30 pm

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Manufacturing Trainer Recruiter, you will be responsible for the oversight of our existing Recruitment plan as well as developing new strategies to attract the highest quality employees for our manufacturing facilities. In addition, this position will work closely with local Technical Colleges for continued success and growth of our sponsorship program as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvements with our internal training practices. Traveling will be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Maintaining training records
o Developing recruitment strategies
o Identifying new training opportunities for shop floor personnel
o Scheduling and conducting interviews
o Organization and training assistance for outside sales personnel
o Maintaining open communication with local Technical and High Schools

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Prior manufacturing work experience
o Prior administrative work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Highly motivated and self directed with the ability to motivate others
o Demonstrate organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Proven reliability with excellent attendance
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Willingness and ability to travel
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Prior supervisory or teaching experience
o Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Machining OR Possess or are working towards a bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing
