OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Manufacturing Receiving,you will be responsible for the day-to-day receiving of purchased products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Ensuring paperwork flows properly through the receiving and purchasing functions
o Identifying raw materials according to size and heat numbers
o Ensuring operators receive raw material in a timely manner according to parts scheduled for production
o Recording inventory for raw material
o Receiving, check in, and expedite delivery of all supplies and most of the product entering the factory
o Operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, powered pallet jacks, overhead cranes, PIV equipment and high lifts
o Preparing and stage material for shipment to outside processes, ensuring proper paperwork, count and material is sent to the appropriate destination.
o Preparing and processing appropriate shipping documentation in accordance with work instructions
o Performing data entry functions for receiving department in POS system to maintain accurate inventory balances
o Assisting in other teams when work load is light

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o 18 years of age or older
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Prior warehouse experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient computer skills
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to lift, slide, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
