Things you should know about working as a Manufacturing Mechanic II:

Manufacturing Mechanic II is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining all assets in the production facility including routinely performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient plant operations. To respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and repair the machinery in a timely manner. To perform planned and unplanned work. Suggest design improvements and process changes to improve overall production. Must have working knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and PLC.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma
• Prior maintenance experience is required (3 plus years preferred)
• Ammonia refrigeration system experience a plus
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must possess good communication skills, verbal, reading and writing skills
