Position Summary: Responsible for providing a full range of administrative and clerical services for the manufacturing department in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. Duties also include data input and reporting for all required documents and trending.
Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.
- Shift 2B: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Wednesday through Friday and every other Saturday. Must be flexible to work overtime.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the manufacturing department.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of inventory counts, records, and reports.
- Conducts manufacturing transactions in Oracle and In Site (Camstar).
- Sustains Work Order maintenance.
- Performs word processing, or typing to prepare correspondence, reports, statistical data and other forms.
- Prepares schedules, charts, graphs, or tables according to instructions.
- Conducts regular audits of manufacturing documents to ensure up-to-date versions and records are kept.
- May conduct training and time studies of manufacturing processes.
- This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

Functional Description
Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set–up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on–line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
