Job Description
The Manager is responsible for inspiring, leading, and overseeing the restaurant and team members on an on-going basis in order to make Round Table Pizza every family’s first choice for a wonderful meal together. In order to achieve this goal, a Round Table Manager is responsible for ensuring that employees are being developed, working together as a team, behaving professionally, and providing great service to our guests and making our product with precision. In addition, the Manager is responsible for marketing to our guests and achieving their financial targets while maintaining a safe, clean environment.
1. Education/Experience:
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent required. Four year college degree preferred. Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
2. Knowledge/Skills:
Positive attitude, friendly and upbeat personality. Good interpersonal skills, including professionalism in dealing with team members, the public and support staff. Ability to manage time, plan, organize and multi-task. Able to engage and inspire a team and to lead, coach and develop others. Able to analyze situations, problem solve, exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively to all levels of employees within the company. Able to perform and understand simple mathematical calculations; P & L knowledge and understanding. Computer skills required.
3. Physical:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. Will occasionally have to stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and use hands to finger, handle, or feel and lift and/or move up to 45 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
