We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager that will lead various programs across our supply chain, including inventory management, Order-to-Cash business improvements, metric/KPI enhancements, and much more. As a successful cross-functional program leader within a business enterprise, the Program Manager will be an essential player in the implementation of a multi-year enterprise supply chain scaling effort.
This is a new position that will partner with multiple functions (IT, Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, R&D, Finance, Commercial Operations, vendors, contract manufacturers), and will report into the Sr. Manager Planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects, obtain necessary resources, and deploy the results expected from Supply Chain and Operation's leadership
- Develop and implement best practices in end-to-end supply chain planning & execution via ERP / systems optimization
- Deploy and act as SME owner of supply planning and inventory management processes
- Independently identifies risks to programs and develops mitigations with senior stakeholders as well as project teams using concepts, influence, and techniques to solve problems.
- Assists in determining objectives of assigned work areas, able to plan schedules, and arrange own activities in accomplishing objectives.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinates and oversees strategic planning & gap analysis meetings with stakeholder groups to develop strategy models and program forecasts.
- Daily engagement with VPs, Directors, & Managers, with the confidence and ability to run stakeholder meetings and initiate action on assigned items.
- Drives innovation for system, process, and technology that support initiatives.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6-8 years of related and direct experience in business program management
- Demonstrated project management skills, with proven track record of leading multiple complex projects.
- Understands technical aspects of the position but can also direct teams centered around business process excellence and accurate data tools
- Experienced in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics & Distribution, Supply Demand Planning, ERP systems preferably with experience during expansion or scaling up efforts.
- Strong understanding and appreciation of business process and pain points in business areas
- In-depth knowledge and experience leading cross-functional teams, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Business and technical acumen and proven experience working effectively in a matrix organization and ability to collaborate effectively across geographies.
- Integrate process, people, quality, and commitment-centric approach to getting work done - strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work with different cross-functional stakeholders to establish and ensure a reliable and productive working relationship. Strong partnering skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with senior leaders.
- Exceptional skills in assessing, summarizing, and presenting business or operational priorities and decision-points for effective, timely and efficient management/executive decision-making.
- Fluent user in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience working with ERP software tools (i.e., Oracle, SAP)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing operations a plus
- Experience using document, task, defect, requirement and test case management systems such as Oracle Agile PLM, Jira, Jama, Confluence, etc. a plus
- Business Intelligence software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience with Advanced Planning software (Anaplan, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.) a plus
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Certifications and/or degrees in Project Management preferred but not required

Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
