As part of our Operations team, you’ll reimagine connectivity through innovative business strategies, operational analysis and distribution channel expansion as we continue to shape the future of retail wireless.What you will be doingWe are seeking a strategic and analytical visionary to build and lead Boost Mobile’s Real Estate Operations team in charge of new and relocation site identification, analysis, approval and build out for Boost Mobile locations. The successful Manager of Real Estate Strategy will serve as the subject matter expert in retail wireless real estate and partner cross-functionally to develop effective real estate strategies across new and existing brands. - Implement market-level optimization processes to drive efficiencies across more than 6,000 Boost Mobile branded and multi-carrier locations;
- Drive operational implementation of new products and brand launches across the DISH retail wireless footprint;
- Present real estate issues, strategies and recommendations to senior management;
- Foster relationships and contract negotiations with key vendors.

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations or related field;
- Five or more years experience in real estate strategy or operations, specifically focused on retail (brick and mortar) distribution;
- Extensive experience in development and implementation of site acquisition process and policies;
- Experience with data management, program tracking tools and geospatial software (ERSI, Locate AI);
- Previous experience building and leading teams.
