Job Description:
Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, data analytics systems, HR systems, etc. Represents the IT Service Delivery organization to define requirements and business cases for technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Acts as a Business Owner, evaluating and prioritizing backlog. Supports the service line director in decisions regarding strategic projects. Provides leadership and oversight on the execution of those projects. Requires knowledge of e-commerce tools, computer system capabilities, user experience, business processes, and work flow.
This position will be virtual and can be performed anywhere within the continental United States.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related experience or Master's Degree plus 5 years of related experience (will consider additional experience in lieu of education)
Program Management experience
Budget Management experience
Proficient in developing executive briefings
Proficient in Microsoft desktop tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Information Systems or Related Field
Certification in Lean/Six Sigma
UX Training
Experience using SAFe Agile practices
Salary Range: $107,800 USD - $161,800 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
