What you’ll achieve

We are part of Dell Digital (IT) team who is responsible of creating new age cloud native enterprise systems (IT Solutions) for Dell businesses to launch and manage the subscription & usage based offers and solutions.

As a Manager Product Management- XaaS Enterprise Systems you will lead a team of passionate Product Managers who are passionate towards the change and love to drive through ambiguities to build product for future. You will bring your entrepreneurial spirit to enable and drive XaaS strategy and subscription-based economy for Dell Technologies. You will work with key stakeholders across engineering, IT, sales and marketing on defining and implementing product vision for Dell’s XaaS and subscription-based platform.

You will:

  • Be an expert advisor, to both internal and external stakeholders, on XaaS strategy and subscription-based business model; implement business cases and define enterprise products vision and strategy.

  • Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators and drive the enterprise system capabilities to meet the goals.

  • Provides a clear vision and compelling leadership to all product stakeholders on product strategies and solutions to business problems.

  • Direct teams composed of top engineers and designers to deploy experiences that provide game changing value to our customers; must be able to drive and direct implementation with engineering teams.

  • Champion product management process improvement initiatives across applicable business units and within product management.

  • Manage, support and improve enterprise products supporting the subscription and usage based offers and solutions.

  • Give executive presentations and speak at industry conferences.

  • Manage and support the career growth of your direct reports.

Essential Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and proven experience on XaaS and Subscription business model.

  • Undergraduate/Post graduate degree in Engineering or MBA experience in product management with 10+ years of relevant experience.

  • 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience

  • Self-directed and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fast-paced digital transformation environment

  • Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings

  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap

  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies

Desirable Requirements:

  • Must be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and with a passion for product research and design.

  • Understands Dell Business, markets, competition, and customer/user requirements

  • Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for the business area.

  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Author of whitepapers.

  • Technical acumen to be able to direct and drive implementation with engineering teams.
