The Manager, Operations Strategy in Revenue Operations (ROPS) will be responsible for identifying and implementing opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle, and in collaboration with teams across the company, to grow DaVita’s revenue and improve bottom-line performance within our Yield Optimization team.

What Will You Do?

As a Manager - Operations Strategy, you will lead the development of strategic recommendations across the Revenue Operations group key focus areas, e.g. revenue strategy, process improvements, and operations innovations. You will interface with Revenue Operations, Finance, and field operations to ensure revenue-maximizing processes and strategies are developed and executed. You will lead a team responsible for pursuing business opportunities that may not have been previously identified. The role has a high level of visibility with ROPS leadership given the strategic and collaborative nature of the work, the requirement to work cross-functionally, required change management, and overall ability to impact the bottom line. The right candidate will be expected to: i) perform high level analytics and diagnosis ii) develop executive level presentations, and formulate hypothesis, iii) manage and lead special projects related to yield initiatives, and iv) contribute as a thought leader to various ROPS initiatives.

What Skills Do you Bring to the Role?

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (or commensurate work experience)
  • Strong quantitative skills, including model building and insight generation
  • Proven track record of success driving analytics
  • > 3 years of related work experience
  • > 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

  • >2 years at a top tier consulting firm or >3 years of similar strategic experience
  • Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle
