Overview: The Talent Communities, Talent Acquisition Manager is focused on getting the right candidates in the door at the right time. You will drive Sunrun’s strategies to identify, attract, engage and hire diverse talent across all channels of the business. You will work closely with key stakeholders to identify and build programs and partnerships to support our diversity hiring aspirations. As a member of Talent Acquisition Leadership you will be assisting in driving strategy and processes that speak to Sunrun values, as we work towards a planet ran by the Sun.Responsibilities:

- Develop, lead and direct the diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) Talent Acquisition strategy for Sunrun utilizing deep understanding of target talent populations, and a strong foundation in talent acquisition, to identify the areas of greatest opportunity and set a roadmap to meet future growth
- Collaborate with senior Talent Acquisition leaders and the various Sunrun businesses to build strategies which will identify and engage top talent from underrepresented groups throughout the candidate journey, across all levels (entry level, experienced and executive)
- Engage key stakeholders and senior leaders from diversity networks and ERG’s - - to help lead, drive, and support the DE&I Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Innovate and evolve Sunrun’s current Talent Acquisition programs to identify and build diverse talent communities on campuses nationwide
- This individual will lead and oversee the development and future strategy of the military recruitment team
- Assist in the development and implementation of the campus recruiting strategy for the business
- Manage a team of recruiters responsible for executing campus recruiting initiatives across Sunrun, empowering them to recruit the best campus talent
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative ways to communicate Sunrun's distinctive employer value proposition to targeted diverse talent communities
- Supervise the day-to-day activities, manage, mentor and develop team of Campus and DE&I Recruiters
- 6 + years of experience in corporate recruitment with 3 year of those years in a management level position.
- Prior experience in agency & in-house recruitment in a fast paced environment working on 12+ requisitions.
- 2-3 years of prior experience leading a DE & I team or community relations strategy experience
- Strong organizational and process management skills; Comfort managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing within a fast-paced, dynamic, high-growth environment
- Experience using data to inform and influence meaningful changes.
- Experience developing a strong grasp of business context and partnering directly with senior internal clients.
- Success in finding talent that has impacted the bottom line in a hyper growth organization where role was 70%+ sourcing passive talent.
- Demonstrated experience as an effective talent partner along with examples of how you have influenced successful hires.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications, including developing effective presentation materials, influence, and persuasion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products: PowerPoint, Excel, Word
