Relatient has an exciting opportunity to join our corporate Talent & Culture team as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the VP, Talent & Culture, the Manager will be responsible for creating strategies for attracting and engaging talent across all divisions within the organization. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment creating and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with business leaders. This position will be a strategic thought partner to hiring managers supporting the recruitment for their open positions by finding exceptional talent to fill these positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, coach, develop and inspire a team of recruiters to execute functional talent strategies ensuring workforce diversity, integrated talent management, talent pipelining, next generation and critical hard to fill needs are prioritized and aligned; ahead of demand
  • Consult with executive leadership to ensure alignment between recruiting needs and recruiting strategy
  • Establishing credibility within the organization as a trusted advisor who provides expert advice relative to the integration of talent acquisition processes, programs and practices
  • Ability to recommend best approach to scaling up/down based on hiring demands and identifying creative solutions to resourcing needs
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, etc.
  • Support the vision and values of the company and the team through role modeling and coaching desired behaviors
  • Collaborate with other HR functions on recruiting issues, as appropriate (e.g., new hire requirements, compensation, etc.)
  • Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with applicable state and federal laws
  • Promotes a culture of inclusivity and engagement
  • Identify and advance efficiencies for improving candidate experience including approach to employment branding and events and outreach
  • Follows established best practice processes, workflow, and guidelines for recruiting and collaborating across various departments and geographies.
  • Tracks metrics and benchmarks for recruiting performance and forecasted growth at the business-unit recruiter level.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to find the best talent for our positions

. Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience training and mentoring others within a Recruiting Team
  • Technology recruitment experience within the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Successful track record of strong performance with documentation of results
  • Experience in a high growth organization highly preferred
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience is preferred
  • Full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate or staffing environment
