The Headlines:In the role of Manager, Partner Supply Planning working in Milwaukee, WI, you will provide direction to the Customer Service Excellence and Commercial teams during new product introductions. You will provide key distributor interaction during all product life cycle stages from introduction through risk mitigation and will coordinate with distributors on order cycles/windows and retail on shelf schedules.

This position reports to the Regional Director, Supply & Service, and collaborates closely with the Customer Service Excellence team, as well as our Commercial teams.
The Responsibilities:
• Ensures distributor inventory and order levels are adequate to support retail objectives based on forecasted sales to retail.

• Monitors forecast accuracy and the impact to distributor’s days of inventory, as well as shipment schedules and processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of distributor product.
• Balances demand with production capacities and manages exception processes to identify issues that require product to be sourced from an alternate source.
• Leads team of Customer Service Analysts that provide the main point of contact for Molson Coors Beverage Company customers and all of their product supply needs.
• Leads and develops Analyst professionals in support of execution of supply chain, forecasting, and operations support activities. Ensures team is focused, well-trained for delivering expected business results.

The Other Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain leadership, preferably in the CPG industry

• You will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business or related discipline
• Experience working within a matrix environment
• You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
• You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
• You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
