Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Registered Nurse in Kentucky and five years of related nursing experience. Additional experience may be used on a one to one basis to offset the educational requirements. The university offers market competitive salary and benefits. Grade EG Salary Range Minimum $48,421 - Midpoint $66,269

Position Description

Manager of Nursing Services for Campus Health department on both campuses. Supervise nursing staff and coordinate training for all clinical staff. Coordinate all aspects of patient care to facilitate efficient patient flow. Responsible for maintaining quality assurance standards and training. Assist Medical Director and Program Director with the creation of device and supply formularies, supervise ordering of supplies and monitor inventory during high demand periods. Serves as the Point of Contact for the University community. Ensures the department and staff are in compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements. Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical directives and/or initiatives. Attend student orientation and any other on-site events as requested. Other duties such as new models of care and new types of procedures requested by Medical/Program Directors.
