Kelly Benefits in Sparks, MD is seeking a professional to provide leadership and coordination of management reporting and financial analysis to further improve profitability, monitor results and inform department leaders. Primary responsibilities include;
- Oversee all Internal Business Management Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare Client Disclosures and Carrier Reporting
- Oversee and complete various Incentive compensation plan development
- Oversee review and preparation of debt covenant compliance
- Design and develop financial reporting and acquisition models
- Establish and track progress towards financial goals, corporate short and long term goals and benchmarking
- Train and develop Financial Reporting Analyst to assist
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
Requirements –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- Minimum of five to ten years of progressive experience in senior-level finance and/or accounting positions
