The Opportunity:
Analytics Communications Manager
This position reports directly to our Chief Analytics Officer assisting in technical writing of analytic product documentation, explanatory research/innovation papers, internal education collateral, external technical presentations, updating external messaging blogs and external facing communications as directed.
What you'll contribute :
- Manage internal writing and messaging centered around analytics software products.
- Assist in the writing of explanatory research/innovation papers.
- Develop internal technical training materials and partner with training organization.
- Work closely with senior analytic leaders to develop presentations, talking points, blog posts, and social media responses.
- Partner regularly with Corporate Communications team coordinating with the Chief Analytics Officer in providing technical content for developing press releases, media alerts, articles, factsheets and media pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that communications and concepts are appropriately integrated and amplified.
What we're seeking :
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism.
- 5 or more years’ experience within communications, influencer relations, analyst relations, investor relations or PR in the enterprise software market focused on predictive analytics.
- Experience of technical writing within Analytics environment (i.e. product descriptions, technical concepts and innovation topics, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial services media landscape is highly desirable.
- Comfort and agility in supporting executive communications, experience developing presentations and content for senior leaders.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task and manage several initiatives at one time.
- A ptitude for understanding complex technology and distilling it down for others to easily understand
