Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions and government agencies as well as consumers. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic initiatives to implement various innovative training approaches and content management strategies, such as: coaching, job-shadowing, modularized content and curricular structures, online or in-app training and coaching, contextual tips and guided workflows, personalized learning, etc.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
  • Manage the operational cadence of the L&D team to include staff and team meetings.
  • Manage the intake, development, organization and storage, accuracy and usability, and improvement of existing training content and related assets for all target audience populations.
  • Manage communication strategies for connecting with populations across all levels and locations through a variety of technologies and media.
  • Manage learner satisfaction and training effectiveness and plan continuous improvement roadmaps based on data analysis to deliver best-in-class quality learning and experience.
  • Identify emerging technology solutions to enhance the learning experience and reduce the resources/cost/lead time required to develop and execute training.
  • Drive alignment to standard learning solutions as well as gain feedback from the operational teams on areas of improvement.
  • Guide, train and assist managers on developing their team members through career pathing and succession planning.
  • Work directly with Operations and HR on cross training plans, alignment and scheduling.
  • Hire and provides direct supervisory support for OpEx Training Coordinators and other admin support as assigned.
  • Track budgets and negotiate contracts.
  • Keeps informed of technical changes and industry trends.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Competencies and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience driving Learning & Development design, implementation, and management, preferably in a warehouse environment.
  • Program Management experience that includes managing multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Experience developing training in a variety of delivery modalities (virtual, hands-on/experiential, instructor led, remote classroom, synchronous/asynchronous) for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience and high proficiency with MS Office.
  • Understanding of industry learning trends and best practices, adult learning theory, and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to drive results.
  • Comfortably able to deliver presentations to executives, managers and associates.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities required.
  • Able to bring teams together to execute projects and achieve project milestones.
  • Proven training and employee development skills with a strong emphasis on team building.
  • Strong influencing skills, with proven ability in coaching and inspiring others.
  • 30-40% travel required.
