Responsibilities: This program is designed for comprehensive training and includes self-study modules, on-the-job shadowing, mentorship, and continuing education, encompassing all aspects of managing a local propane business. This includes safety, profit and loss management, product distribution, sales, customer service activities, and supervision of staff.
