Job Description

The HR Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will be a critical & key partner to the US Sales teams. This individual will have an opportunity to shape the employee experience and culture while also having fun learning the Mass & Prestige business and how we go-to-market.

In your day-to-day, you will have an opportunity to advise leaders, managers, and employees at various levels, to enable the business and their teams to develop Revlon’s talent, culture, and teams across the US.

This role is part of a collaborative HR team, operating in a hybrid working model. Like the businesses that you will support, you will have an impact on a diverse audience, enabling you to further develop as an HR professional.

Major Duties:

This position is responsible for delivery of concrete, strategic and tactical outputs, including human resources business partners services, coaching & employee relations, compensation recommendations, process improvements, performance management, training/learning and development, talent acquisition support, succession planning, monitoring & identifying culture & work climate opportunities, while delivering a wide range of human resource services in support of key business objectives.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Build relationships with client groups to be an advisor on talent initiatives and opportunities.
  • Own the on-boarding experience to set employees up for success and serve as a resource for new hires on HR Programs and navigating Revlon
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and the business to assess talent needs while also supporting internal mobility
  • Work with leaders and managers to ensure Revlon recruits, retains, and grows a diverse pool of talent while creating an inclusive environment.
  • Partner with HR team to create opportunities for rotation and development, especially within Marketing and Sales teams and consistency in how promotions and other programs & initiatives are approached
  • Support & coach leaders and managers in developing their teams & in career pathing.
  • Own the Year-End Performance Review process for client groups and work in partnership with Sr. Director on talent review and succession planning for respective business groups.
  • Maintain pulse of org structures, incoming and outgoing talent within client groups
  • Work with leaders in their communication and team dynamics to support Revlon’s culture and values.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong expertise in functional HR business partner/generalist role
  • Prior experience in partnering with employees both in-person and remote
  • Strong business partnering capabilities; ability to create effective and productive work relationships
  • Must have a sense of urgency
  • Must be action oriented; demonstrated history of delivery of concrete HR services in a wide range of areas to client groups (not in a “consultant” capacity, in an accountable capacity).
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills
  • Must have strong strategic thinking skills
  • Must be flexible and capable of navigating a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be both creative and detail-oriented in ambiguous situations
  • Must demonstrate a high level of accountability for results
  • Must have strong execution and planning skills; the ability to establish work plans and drive and deliver actions against such plans in a concrete and timely fashion

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate effectively

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
  • HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience.
