Serve as a key resource and driver of the financial analysis of the North America Grain Business and its role in the Global Value Chains. Key support role in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting.
- Assist in providing the financial information and analysis needed to build the business’ effectiveness, profitability and position for growth.
- Assist in providing analytical support and advice to the business’ commercial, trading and operations management teams.
- Coordinate planning / budgeting and forecasting for the business’ operations.
- Provide value chain senior management with the information needed to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Core Functions:
- Annual Plan (Expenses and Capex Only):
? Complete analysis of risks and opportunities for the business.
? Prepare reports and analysis on performance against the annual business plan.
- Strategic Planning:
? Provide insights for supervisors into long-term challenges and opportunities.
- Capital Budgeting:
? Assist with project applications for submission to senior management to support investment proposals.
? In coordination with business’ operations and commercial managers, develop annual capital budgets.
? Assist in coordinating and communicating ongoing changes to the capital plan.
? M&A Target Identification and Support.
? As required, assist in development of financial models to support growth opportunities for Bunge’s business in targeted geographies.
- Forecasting:
? Work closely with business’ managers to explain variances and improve forecast quality.
- Management / Sales Reporting:
? Develop and compile monthly and quarterly financial analysis for assigned business divisions / geographies.
? Assist in the development of clear, concise and insightful financial reporting.

Skill/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, agricultural economics, and/or a related discipline
- 3 - 5 seven years of experience in a finance related role with a strong preference for experience in agribusiness and edible oils processing and manufacturing
- Very strong computer skills, aptitude / proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- SAP, OneStream, Hyperion and Business Warehouse experience a plus
- Cost accounting experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated understanding and personal commitment to Bunge’s core values and willingness to actively advance Bunge’s key capabilities
