Manager, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Global Talent and Organizational Development team is reinventing how we attract, grow, and retain diverse talent at MKS Instruments. We are currently working to deliver integrated solutions to help embed DE&I concepts, thinking, systems, and processes into the business. The Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) will work with the Director, Talent and Organizational Development to manage the DE&I programming for the company.

What will you bring to the team, along with creativityis:

  • Developing and facilitating DE&I training
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with professional engineering organizations and staying current on DE&I programs and trends by developing relationships with others in the field (E.g.: professional association and educational groups – Paradigm for Parity, Out Leadership)
  • Working in partnership with the Human Resources teams including HRBPs, Communications, Total Rewards to support the recruitment, retention and development of diverse talent
  • Facilitating and supporting execution of internal events, workshops and programs focused on professional development and increased sense of belonging for community members and allies
  • Monitoring and tracking success by translating DE&I strategies into well-defined projects with focused deliverables, timelines, ROI, key metrics and helping make recommendations when changes are needed
  • Supporting the development of Business Resources Groups and quarterly member spotlights

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of HR experience
  • 2+ years of experience focused on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts
  • Demonstrated consultative and collaborative skills to partner and consult with all levels of management and ability to provide guidance
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, if needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
