Overview and Responsibilities:
Paramount’s Client Services Operations team is looking for a Digital Sales Operations Manager to navigate a unit of 8 to 10 Digital Sales Representatives in the prioritization, management and execution of the sales cycle and account workflow. The manager is responsible for selecting and training the digital sales support team. The Client Services group is an integral spearhead of the Digital Center of Excellence and serves as the catalyst on all things digital, reporting, and billing!
A successful leader in this role will strive for optimal client satisfaction and provide top level service/support to the Sales teams. By collaborating with the Senior Sales Managers and other operational team leads, the team will iron out cross departmental efficiencies and Paramount process & procedures!
The ideal candidate exudes passion for empowering and developing his or her team, exerts a proactive, detail oriented, organized leadership style, advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well independently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for this role include:
Cultivate relationships with Sales Management, Account Management, Yield, Finance, and Trafficking to ensure the team is providing the highest level of ongoing support
Continuously evaluate staffing resources and strategically assure to sustain proper support across sales territory, account tier, and growth potential
Proactively work with internal partners to resolve any campaign execution issues and invoice disputes
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 4+ years of excelling in internet advertising or related digital field
Supervisory or management experience
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Knowledge of Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel and industry platforms such as Nielsen, Comscore, Double Verify, Integral Ad Science, MOAT, etc.
Experience working with third-party ad servers such as DCM, Innovid, Flash-talking, etc.
Innovative interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication
Strong ability to navigate prioritization and communicate tasks accordingly to the team
Advanced application experience in Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, etc)
