Job Description
Project Overview: Marketing Digital Strategy & Transformation
Role Overview:
- Identify gaps in analytics/measurement of mobile channel (expanding into other channels)
- Pull in and make sense of desperate insight from data and research insights team (CI)
- Begin building a map of the customer journey and impacts on the customer, crew and business
- Partner with Experience Design and mobile channel delivery lead, as well as the rest of the Strategy teams to define optimizations and recommended features to support our goals
- Expand beyond mobile recommendations to CRM and .COM with a focus on driving digital adoption through recurring engagement/transaction
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience strategy work
- Strong knowledge of customer journey maps
- Leveraging data to drive insights and multiple forms of research (qualitative & quantitative)
- Mobile experience
Expected Start Date: ASAP
End Date (if applicable): 12-31-21 (this will extend through 2022)
Location: Remote role, preference to candidates on CST
