Manager Corporate Compliance and Privacy - (2100003J)DescriptionFacility ProfileTGH is the area’s only level I trauma center and one of just two ABA-verified adult & pediatric burn centers in Florida. With five medical helicopters*, we transport critically injured or ill patients from 23 surrounding counties to receive the advanced care they need. Job SummaryUnder the limited supervision of the Sr. Director of Corporate Compliance and Privacy, the Manager will support and manage TGH’s Corporate Compliance program and is responsible for leading and reporting all aspects of compliance efforts in conjunction with other departments as required. Responsible for developing and monitoring Corporate Compliance & Privacy plans and programs for all TGH entities. Assists Sr. Director in coordinating compliance reviews to ensure established laws, HIPAA regulations, and System policies are followed. Works with TGH entities, investigates and identifies compliance, including HIPAA related issues, develops project plans for improvement or resolution of identified issues, estimates resource requirements, and monitors and tracks the implementation of compliance projects. Requires working with confidential information and unrestricted access to all corporate and affiliates' activities, facilities, personnel and related records. Must interact positively with all levels of staff and management and possess excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills. QualificationsRequired Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, Health Care, Business, Nursing or a related field.
- Master’s Business Administration, Master’s Healthcare Administration, Master of Science in Nursing, Master of Jurisprudence or related, other Master’s in related field, Juris Doctor
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in healthcare compliance or 5 years in a related field.
- 3 years in a management role strongly preferred
